The house and land was purchased by our clients three years previously. The 420m2 flat block was purely an investment and was rented up until Jim and Lee were ready to demolish the existing house to make way for a contemporary new house.
This was a knock down and rebuild project for Elysium Designed. When we were introduced to Jim and Lee (father and son) they had already spent considerable time with Synergy BD designing the perfect house to replace the post war house.
As a result, they had detailed working plans and specifications prepared, so they only needed a reliable builder to undertake the construction of the new custom designed house.
